When we came to this clinic I was very sick.  Now I am fine and it is because of the nurses.  The nurses are very nice and they did a good job.  We are happy with Dr. Leonid Kleynberg and the nurses [who work in the office].

To Whom It May Concern,

I am a student studying to be a medical assistant.   My school placed me in Dr. Kleynberg’s office for the following six weeks. I have only been here for one week and have already felt the family environment in this clinic.  There is a special touch that only a clinic of this size can give to patients.  The staff and patients are all known on a first name basis.  I’ve never actually seen anything like it before in my experience of actually being a patient in a big hospital.  It takes a long time to be seen and then the nurse will disappear and I’m stuck waiting.  Here at Dr. Kleynberg’s office, everything is done fast and efficient with lots of care.  I will learn a lot from this facility.  The first big lesson that I have learned here is that the patient always comes first.

David and I can’t thank you enough for being such a wonderful person as well as a wonderful doctor.  My dad was so lucky to have you as his doctor.  You had a way of making him feel cared for and secure – you were much more than an oncologist to him.  He loved to see your smile and listened hard to understand you. 

We all appreciate how you went the extra mile for us.  You always called me back sooo quickly and you made sure my dad was always pain free.  I’ve gotten used to seeing and talking to you that I will truly miss you, you have shown us your human side and that has been very comforting.  I wish the outcome was different but I feel good that my dad did not have to suffer. 
You are very special and I have love for you in my heart.

Thanks for listening to our opinion one hundred times over.  It was very pleasant to be in your clinic as it is very personal and very amiable. I feel as if I have spent time in a very nice “house" – the clinic is very competent and pleasant. The office is very clean and modern. Thank you very much for giving us the opportunity to express with concern our feeling.   One special thing here is that unlike at other clinics where you have to wait forever, here you only need to wait 5 minutes before you see the doctor.  Thank you.

When I came o this clinic, I was very ill but thank G-d and the doctor, my health significantly improved and now I am doing well.  Because of this, the staff is very nice and attentive and I have faith in G-d that I will be well with them.

To Whom It May Concern in the Present:

I want to comment on the clinic on 6221 Wilshire where I have received treatment since 2003.  I was diagnosed with bone cancer which left me feeling terrible but I give much thanks to the Doctor and his team for treating me during those times where I was very ill and depressed.  I am a patient in his clinic and one sees things that are both good and bad but when I came into the office I immediately liked the fact that everyone was accommodating to my needs and took care of me.  The take care of all their patients until they are well, this is what you would desire if you were a patient in this clinic.
